Akwa Ibom Agog As PFN Holds Crusade 10th, 11th August



All is now set for the "Greater Nigeria Project Crusade" hosted by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN). The event which is billed to hold at the Ibom Hall Grounds from the 10th to 11th August 2021 will parade a cross section of the clergy across the country led by the National president of PFN Bishop Francis Wale Oke. 
Addressing a press conference recently, the National Coordinator of the Crusade programme Bishop Oriname Kure told Journalist that the vision of the crusade was aimed at bringing back Nigeria to be great again where the country will get back the glory God has destined for it.

He charged chairmen of PFN in the 31 Local Government Area of the State to mobilize their members enmase to come out for the two day impactful spiritual crusade adding that the program with the theme “All things are possible” would include segments like “All ministers conference & solemn Assembly”, “Unity Youth Worship and miracles prayer Rally” on the 10th of August while “Business breakthrough Anointing and impartation meeting" and “A  day fasting and prayer for All Believers In Christ” will hold on the 11th of August.

Bishop Kure used the occasion to commend the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel for the great works carried out across the State noting that better days lie ahead for the State and its citizens.

Also speaking, the Vice President of PFN South South and
representative of the PFN President Apostle Zilly Aggrey stated that the problems bedeviling the country were more spiritual than political reason why the national president of PFN thought it wise to host the program with Akwa Ibom being it's first port of call to pray for the redemption of the country. While noting that the program was part of the ten point agenda of the National president aimed at delivering Nigeria from sliding into a failed state. According to him “No nation can turn around until the church comes together to pray” adding that if the youths are not prepared to take over, elders and present leaders would grow old and be regretting in their rooms.

In his remarks, the Chairman of PFN Akwa Ibom State Bishop Dr. Emmanuel Etim thanked the National president in whose wisdom the Akwa Ibom State was chosen as the first to start the crusade while also tasking the various Local Government Area coordinators to put in their best to mobilize members to attend the spiritual awakenig two day program.
Present at the event were the PFN State Chairmen of Plateau, Lagos, Ogun and Enugu.
