The Commissioner for Labour and Manpower Planning, Pastor Sunny Ibuot has charged beneficiaries of the Rt. Hon. Aniekan Bassey Youth Entrepreneurship Support Scheme (RHAB-YESS) to be consistent in their line of chosen business while saving up for expansion. The Commissioner who gave the charge recently during the presentation of cheques to beneficiaries of the program expressed gladness with a program's vision which is a brain child of the Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aniekan Bassey noted that it also gives credence to the Dakkada philosophy of the State governor which abhors laziness but encourages entrepreneurship. Pastor Ibuot who was Special Guest at the occasion which held at the Conference Room of the House of Assembly tasked the beneficiaries to make well of the business funds given to them by the Speaker while also calling on well to do individuals and organizations to key into partnership with the program.
