6th AKHA Winds Down, To Hold Valedictory Sitting, Other Events



 
The Akwa Ibom Assembly House of Assembly has lined out activities to mark the end of the Sixth Assembly with a valedictory sitting billed to hold on Thursday, June 6, 2019, by 9am.

A notice signed by chairman of the planning committee Hon. Emmanuel Ekpenyong, showed that the session will be preceded by a thanksgiving service to be conducted at the Assembly’s Chapel of Repentance on Monday, June 3, 2019 by 9am.

It will be recalled that the 6th assembly, whose tenure expires next week, was proclaimed on June 8, 2015.
