Breaking: Monarch Allegedly Kidnapped In Uruan As Village Headship Tussle Hots Up

The Village Head of North I, Ita Uruan in Uruan Local Government Area was allegedly whisked away yesterday by men believed to be kidnappers even as his car was abandoned at Mbiakong Bridge.

Before being taken away by his assailants, his house was burgled though it wasn't accertained as at press time what items were taken away.

Findings however revealed that his kidnap was not unconnected with the Village Headship Tussle in the area.

When called to get confirmation, the State Police PRO said he was yet to be briefed and would get back when he gets confirmation.
