Breaking: Udom Suspends Val Attah



Akwa Ibom State Governor, Deacon has approved for the suspension of the Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission over issues connected with unauthorized recruitment.

In a release signed by the Secretary to the state government, Dr. Emmanuel Ekuwem stated that the suspension take immediate effect pending the outcome of the audit report on the recruitment, while it also noted that all those who benefited from the said recruitment should consider their appointments null and void.

It would be recalled that earlier today, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Sufficiency, Dr. Charles Udoinyang was sacked from office.
