A'Ibom APC Loses More Members, Dan Akpan, Etido Ibekwe Lead Pack...As Governorship Aspirants Dump Ambition, Support Udom

The woes of the All Progressives Congress(APC) have continued to mount even as the Party in the State has continued to lose its strategic members to the Peoples Democratic Party.
This follows the defection of its key men back to the PDP. Leading the pack of defectors include Obong Dan Akpan -APC House of Representatives Candidate, Etinan Federal Constituency, Hon Saviour Udo -Chieftain and former member, House of Representatives, Dr Etido Ibekwe -Chieftain and Former House of Assembly member, Essien Udim, Hon Efefiong Antigha -Chieftain and former member of the House of Assembly.
Others include Arc Essien Nkanga -Chieftain and former LG Chairman, Elder Ime Umoh, Hon George Uya, Obonganwan Arit Udonwa -Woman Leader, 24 Current APC Chapter Youth Leaders, Apostle Ikon John, Zonal Chairman, APC and 40 others, Former APC Youth Caucus members led by Joshua Basil Nya aka Joe Pastor and group Heads for Obong Nsima Ekere led by Hon Prince Michael Isonguyo and Mrs Idorenyin Effiong Ekpo.
High point during the mop up campaign by the PDP witnessed 23 governorship candidates forgoing their ambition and supporting Mr. Udom Emmanuel.
