Prince Ikim earlier today led members of his Agency and the media to a tour to Ibom Plaza to monitor compliance of law prohibiting trading at unauthorized places in Uyo metropolis especially by traders who hitherto turned the plaza area (pedestrian pavement) to illegal mini_market.
Ikim who was happy by the orderliness and new look of the Ibom plaza, urged illegal traders within the area and the entire state to keep respecting the law to avoid the dangers of prosecution, as the law is not respecter of anybody.

He, however assured residents of the State of the agency's commitment towards ensuring a clean and green environment for the State.
Speaking with newsmen immediately after the inspection in Ibom Plaza, the AKSEPWMA helmsman warned shopkeepers within the area to always ensure gutters within their business premises are kept clean, stressing that, if the agency finds them wanting in that regard, they'll be made to face the full weight of the law.
